Founded in 2009 at the University of Surrey, we're a group of motorsport enthusiasts working together to compete at the IMechE Formula Student competition at the world-acclaimed Silverstone track.

Our team of students have a wide range of expertise in different areas from engineering and science, to design and content creation, law and business.

SURTES is organised as a race team, with engineering, creative and managerial aspects, allowing any student to get involved at any stage of their academic journey.
